Three-year-old Converge won the Grade III Palm Beach Stakes on February 27th, marking the first stakes win of his career. In October he finished 2nd in the Awad Stakes at Belmont Park. He currently holds a record of 3-2-1-0, having also won his racing premiere--a maiden special weight--by 3 1/2 lengths.

He won the Palm Beach Stakes by 3/4 of a length after overcoming a slow start. Converge was purchased by Xavier Bloodstock as a yearling for $240,000 for owner Paul Pompa Jr.

He is by Sidney's Candy and out of Atlantic Ocean. He is trained by Chad Brown and was ridden by Javier Castellano.
