Connect wins second in a row at Belmont

Three-year-old Connect, who was purchased by Xavier Bloodstock as a yearling for Paul Pompa Jr., won an allowance race on June 11th at Belmont Park, marking his second win in a row. He previously won a maiden special weight at Belmont on May 7th. 


He won his June 11th start by an expanding 3 3/4 lengths, finishing the 1 1/16 of a mile race in 1:40.88 and bringing his record to 3-2-0-1 in his young career. 


He is by Curlin and out of Bullville Belle, and is trained by Chad Brown.
